1. Payment method

1.1 Unbuilt house:

Customers are rewarded with 5% of the total contract value at the time of handover to landlord within the time specified for the contract price:

+ Deposit: 500.000.000 VNĐ

+ 1 st installment: Pay 20% of the total contract value within 15 days after the deposit and Sign a contract.

+ 2 nd – 15 th installment: Pay monthly 3.5% of the total contract value .

+ 16 th – 23 rd installment: Pay monthly 3 % of the total contract value.

+ 24 th installment: Pay 5 % of the total contract value and handover to landlord.

** 2% of the total contract value shall be paid after receiving House Ownership Certificate

1.2 Under-construction house:

Customers are rewarded with 3% of the total contract value at the time of handover to landlord within the time specified for the contract price:

+ Deposit: 500.000.000 VNĐ

+ 1 st installment: Pay 25% of the total contract value within 15 days after the deposit and Sign a contract.

+ 2 nd – 13 th installment: Pay monthly 4% of the total contract value .

+ 14 th – 17 th installment: Pay monthly 5% of the total contract value.

+ 18 th installment: Pay 5 % of the total contract value and handover to landlord

** 2% of the total contract value shall be paid after receiving House Ownership Certificate

2. Prompt payment discount

+ Unbuilt house : Discount 12% of the total prepayment value when paying 98% of the total contract value within 30 days after signing a contract.

+ Under-construction house : Discount 9% of the total prepayment value when paying 98% of the total contract value within 30 days after signing a contract.
